Refund Policy

At Casey Key Paint Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality painting and pressure washing services. Please review our refund policy below regarding deposits, cancellations, and completed work.

 

1. Deposits

 

A deposit may be required to secure your project date and cover initial preparation costs. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased. If the project is canceled by the client with at least 72 hours’ notice before the start date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

2. Cancellations

    •    72+ hours notice: Eligible for a partial or full refund of the deposit, depending on expenses already incurred.

    •    Less than 72 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable due to scheduling, labor, and material allocation.

    •    Same-day cancellations may be subject to additional fees.

 

3. Completed Services

 

All completed services are final. Refunds are not issued for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will assess and correct any workmanship issues covered under our warranty.

 

4. Warranty Adjustments

 

Any necessary corrections related to workmanship will be addressed at no additional cost under our service warranty. This does not apply to issues caused by structural damage, moisture, or third-party interference.
